Philosophy
AJ Consulting Group, LLC. was founded on the principles of Integrity, Values & Knowledge. While these may seem like simple words, they are a way of life in our organization. Our goal is to ensure individuals are educated in real estate matters. What we observed was a lack of resources for the general public in purchasing, selling or investing in potential properties. This gave birth to the concept of teaching our young adults in workshops, these workshops would not only allow them to purchase a home but also give insight into the real estate sector for possible future endeavors.

2021
Post-COVID, AJ Consulting Group began hosting in-person seminars to educate potential first-time homebuyers about the current real estate market and the importance of understanding the cost of waiting..
2022
AJ Consulting Group presents a Youth Workshop at a public school in the Bronx. Our goal was to educate young students on the importance of real estate and how it can benefit them. We are committed to giving back to our community and are passionate about providing excellent service and education. By sharing our knowledge with the upcoming generations, we hope to inspire and empower them to achieve their dreams.

Introducing the Concierge Service by AJ Consulting Group - here to assist sellers and provide support like family. We understand the challenges you may face when trying to sell your home and aim to help you avoid losing your property while still receiving some aid. No matter what struggles you may encounter with your property, AJ is here to help you overcome them.
2024
AJ Consulting Group successfully met its donation goal for St. Jude! We recognize that many children are in need of essential care, and we were committed to doing our part to help make a difference.

He has a background in Business Finances and non-profit sector work. Alejandro always goes the extra mile to educate his clients while prospecting potential properties. Jonathan is known for bridging the gap between someone's dream and reality. As a realtor, he has helped countless buyers and sellers transition to new homes, he recognizes the values of his clients while fostering a relationship of trust to exceed their expectations. Jonathan has a background in Business Marketing, Finance and public speaking. He started his career in the real estate industry to place families in positions to obtain that dream home while not breaking the bank!
